An Extraordinary Life Remembered Clare Maire Hanu An Extraordinary Life Remembered Clare Maire Hanusz, a force of nature and infinite goodness, passed away at her Honolulu, Hawai'i home on February 24 after a valiant two-year battle with cancer. She was 54 years old. The family will hold a celebration of Clare's life in Honolulu on March 19, what would have been her 55th birthday. Please send an email to celebrateclarehanusz@gmail.com for details. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made in Clare's memory to Kesem Berkeley (https://donate.kesem.org/fundraiser/4211322); The Legal Clinic (https://thelegalclinichawaii.org/donate/); and Parents for Public Schools - Hawai'i (https://ppshi.org/donate). In a final act of charity, Clare has chosen to donate her body to UH's John H. Burns School of Medicine for the advancement of science and medicine. The Hub is dedicated to providing space and opport The Hub is dedicated to providing space and opportunities for the people of Hawai'i to do good and do better! One of the ways we do that is with our Back Together Fund. Check out some of the programs that have come thru our space!
Hub Coworking HI is proud to partner with YWCA O‘ahu in support of their new venture -ShopYWCA.com - an e-commerce platform featuring new and gently used high-end fashion brand apparel and accessories.
The platform is powered by their apprenticeship program and showcases products from YWCA O‘ahu program graduates, local small businesses, and collaborating artists. Proceeds from ShopYWCA.com directly support programming in women’s economic
advancement, business & leadership development, and health and wellness for the community. How we’re helping:
From March 8 - March 22 we’ll be hosting a donation drive to collect new or slightly used items to list for
sale on ShopYWCA.com.
Please check your closets, your friend's closets, and your family’s closets and (with their approval, of course) give those gently used high-end fashion brand apparel items a second life by donating them to our drive. You will be making a difference with each item. 100% of the proceeds go towards YWCA O‘ahu programs.
